When will my order arrive? 

 
Most orders should arrive between 2-8 business days after purchase. Estimated shipping and processing times are shown upon purchase. Some orders may be delayed due to high volume or other circumstances. If we are aware your order will be significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.
If you pre-ordered then your item will be shipped a week before the drop date. Pre-orders are offered at a reduced price to help you save money. We then are able to better gauge interest for the real drop and can provide an accurate supply.
 

Can I change the shipping address of an order?

 
If you would like to change the address for your order notify us at hello@jointdistribution.co or DM us on instagram immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change its destination and we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. Depending on where in the process we are with your order, we may or may not be able to change the destination address. Therefore, it is important you contact us as soon as you can with your order details so we can confirm your order and change the address.
 

How can I track my order?

 
You can track your order once it has been shipped with the tracking number we will provide you via email. Simply copy and paste it into your search engine to see the status and estimated delivery of your order.
 

When will I receive my order's tracking number?

 
You will receive a tracking number via email once it has been processed. This typically will be within 1-3 days after your purchase.
 

I ordered a few days ago, when will my order be shipped?

 
After you purchase something on your site, our order will be processed within 1-3 business days. After processing your order we will prepare it for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email and your order should arrive to you within 1-3 days. All in all, you can expect to have your order shipped and to receive a tracking number within 1-3 business days of ordering.
 

I would like to return an item. Will I be refunded?

 
We offer full refunds for 30 days. Only products that have not been removed from their original packaging are eligible for returns and full refunds.
 
If you would like to return an order and receive a refund, please contact us at hello@jointdistribution.co with your original order number so we can confirm you are eligible for a refund and begin the return process. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
 
 

What should I do if I made an error in my order?

 
If you would like to change some part of your order - for instance size or color variation - please contact us at hello@jointdistribution.co as soon as possible so we may fix it before it is fully processed and shipped.
 
If you notice an error in your order after it has been shipped, please contact hello@jointdistribution.co or DM us and we will see what steps we can take to resolve the issue.
 

How do I know my order was received?

 
After successfully ordering from us, you should receive an email with your order details and order number.
 

What if I did not receive what I ordered?

 
If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact us at hello@jointdistribution or DM us on Instagram so that we may take the proper steps to resolve the issue.
 
Refrain from removing the item from its original packaging if at all possible so that we may exchange the item. We will exchange the item for what you originally ordered within 30 days.
